HOW WE ACCOMPLISH IT:

Good design that creates value begins by establishing the Project Scope. The scope of the project includes the program (what you want to design), the budget (how much you choose to spend), the quality of the construction (the materials chosen, and how well they are connected together), and the time of the construction (the time allowed for completion). They are equally important, and are inseparable. We will help you establish the Project Scope; and, upon approval, commit to maintain the scope throughout the design and construction phases.

We will not put our name on a project, until it has in it, the best that is in us.

FIRM RESOURCES

Personnel
 - Experienced multidisciplinary personnel with broad design and management experience on numerous ‘out of region’ softscape and hardscape projects. Experience is cumulative due to the average length of stay of senior employees, currently averaging over five years.

Methodology - 
Extensive office management procedures and methodologies speed the production of projects without sacrificing project quality. These procedures represent the distillation of numerous years of practice. Senior personnel work within these procedures and provide flexibility where required.

Technology - 
Latest computer technology and comm-unication resources to assist the design, documentation and management functions of the office. This includes multiple networked pentium-platform PC’s for CAD documentation combined with other pentium PC’s for estimating, specifications and management functions.
